THE KAWATAKE AWARD
The Kawatake Award was established to commemorating the life and achievements of Dr. KAWATAKE Shigetoshi, the first Chairperson of the Society.
The award is presented annually by the selection committee to a member/members of the Society for exceptional achievements.

In this list, whenever possible, translations and romanizations of Japaneseterms will be the same as those established in the Kodansha Encyclopedia of Japan except "noh", which is used more popularly.
